To celebrate the eleventh UEFA European Championships Puma launched Euro Archives to honour a selection of past champions: Russia ’60, Italy ’68, Germany ’72, Czechoslovakia ’76, France ’84, Netherlands ’88 and Spain in 2008. The full collection features jackets, T-shirts, trainers and footballs with national team colours and bespoke fonts to celebrate the championship year. The collection was styled to be nostalgic for fans with each country having tailored labels highlighting details of the final which saw them crowned champions. The storytelling was extended online with QR Codes appearing on the collection’s apparel pieces to unlock exclusive web content. The branding elements designed for the apparel were then translated by Puma into the full range.
